BEFORE REQUESTING A DEMO

Know the fit before we meet.

A useful conversation starts with a clear idea of what Dazemi is building, who it may help and what an early pilot would actually involve. You can review everything below without sharing details about your customers.

See whether it could fit

A WORKING CUSTOMER PROFILE

Is this close to your business?

Our first outreach test is aimed at independent US kitchen and bathroom remodeling businesses. This audience is a hypothesis being tested, not a proven market or a promise of results.

Inbound enquiries already exist

Your company receives project enquiries from a website, referrals, paid ads or another identifiable source.

Appointments matter to sales

Your team follows up with prospects and books site visits, estimates or sales conversations.

A useful starting volume

Our current test hypothesis focuses on teams receiving roughly 30 or more enquiries a month. That is a screening assumption, not a guarantee of fit.

Someone can own the pilot

A decision maker can review a small test, and the team has capacity to handle qualified appointments.

This is an informational self-check, not an automated acceptance or rejection. No answers are recorded.

HOW A FIRST CONVERSATION COULD WORK

Clarity first. Meeting second.

Understand the proposal

Dazemi is being built to follow one inbound enquiry through qualification, an appointment and a recorded outcome. It is not a replacement for your full CRM.

Check the starting point

After initial interest, the founder would ask a few short business-level questions in writing: monthly inbound volume, the main follow-up gap and who could own a pilot. There is no live enquiry channel here.

Discuss a bounded pilot

The working proposal is one business location, one incoming source and a 30-day founder-led test with agreed success measures. No price or availability is approved yet.

Meet only when useful

After an initial fit and interest review, a short introductory call could walk through labeled sample data and answer questions. It would not be a working client account or guaranteed result.

EXPLORE A FICTIONAL EXAMPLE

See the handoffs, without sending us any data.

Walk through five illustrated stages with one explicitly fictional kitchen-remodel enquiry. Nothing is submitted, stored or connected to a real email account or calendar.

Explore the sample journey

This is a presentation, not a client login, functioning product or a way to request an appointment.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Clear boundaries matter.

An introductory demo would be approximately 15–20 minutes and show the proposed Lead → Qualification → Appointment → Outcome → Report journey using explicitly synthetic information.

Dazemi is not yet taking paid subscriptions, live customer records or bookings through this preview. No outcome or revenue increase is guaranteed. Contract, privacy and pilot terms must be agreed before any real onboarding.

THE NEXT STEP

Review the fit before scheduling.

The team would first review basic business fit and interest. A trained representative may lead a later demo after a briefing, with founder oversight of the proposed pilot.

Demo requests opening soon

Written business enquiries are not open on this preview. Once privacy arrangements are approved, relevant interest would be reviewed before any individual meeting invitation. Please do not send customer records or sensitive information.
