BUSINESS-CONTACT PRIVACY NOTICE
Privacy Notice
Last reviewed: 11 October 2026. This notice describes how Dazemi, a pre-launch business software project operated by PTVMAGIC LTD (company 16142542, incorporated in England and Wales), handles website connection data, limited research about business contacts, voluntary business correspondence and privacy objections. It applies to the website when this version is published. No customer account registration, customer-enquiry form, appointment booking or checkout is open; illustrations use fictional data.
PTVMAGIC LTD's registered office and business postal address is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Business post reaches the company there. This is not an in-person customer service location. Email privacy requests to support@dazemi.com.
Website operations and lawful basis
Our static website uses Hostinger Premium. The founder has checked that the website server is shown in Frankfurt, Germany, and the website backup location as France. These are website settings only: they do not establish where Hostinger Email, other systems, logs or all copies are processed.
Hosting and network services may process IP addresses, request details, timestamps and security logs when this site is visited. Our intended UK GDPR basis for necessary, proportionate website availability and security processing is legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site, subject to documented necessity and balancing where required. Actual provider log and cookie behavior, recipients, retention and transfer arrangements require service-specific verification; we do not claim the visit involves no personal-data processing.
Business contact details, sources and purposes
Our preliminary, limited business research uses first-party public websites of kitchen and bathroom remodeling companies, their publicly advertised general business contact mailboxes, trading names, relevant service descriptions, locations, consultation or estimate routes and source-page references. A representative who writes to us may provide an email address, signature, message and any information they choose to include. We do not use a purchased contact list or collect homeowners' records on this website.
For narrowly scoped research of published company contact details, we assess legitimate interests in evaluating possible business relevance, and rely on that basis only where necessity and balancing support the specific use. A public business address is not automatic consent or permission to send unrestricted marketing. No real commercial introduction has been sent. Any later direct B2B marketing additionally requires recipient-specific UK PECR and applicable US-law checks, a justified lawful basis, appropriate first-contact transparency and a working opt-out process before sending.
When someone voluntarily emails sales@dazemi.com or support@dazemi.com, we use the sender details, message and necessary correspondence history to respond and assess the business enquiry. The intended basis is legitimate interests in responding to relevant, requested business communication when proportionate; steps before a contract apply only if actually requested and relevant. These channels are not for homeowner lead lists, passwords or sensitive customer files.
We process the minimum details necessary to respond to privacy rights requests and stop-marketing objections, relying on applicable legal obligations where required and, where appropriate, legitimate interests in preventing repeated unwanted contact. These rights and suppression purposes do not authorize keeping entire marketing conversations indefinitely.
Service providers and international access
Website hosting and business email are supplied by Hostinger and any relevant service providers or subprocessors supporting those services. The founder also has connected access to the business mailboxes through the Hostinger Mail application in ChatGPT in addition to Hostinger Webmail. This is a separate potential access and service-provider path; it is not approved for processing real prospect correspondence until the relevant recipient, role and international-transfer assessment is completed. Hostinger publishes a Data Processing Addendum, but our account-specific contractual services, recipient categories and transfer mechanisms still need confirmation before such processing is enabled. We cannot guarantee that email remains in any particular country.
Hostinger Email's message storage country, backup location and ordinary Inbox/Sent retention periods are not verified. The website's Frankfurt and France settings must not be treated as email residency evidence. Other service-provider retention or transfer arrangements may differ.
Retention criteria and current limitations
We keep publicly sourced business research only while it is necessary to assess the limited proposed outreach or business fit; records should be reviewed and removed when that purpose ends or a candidate is ruled out, except any minimum lawful do-not-contact detail. Voluntary correspondence is needed while a relevant reply, discussion or follow-up remains open, then must be reviewed for deletion or any specific legal obligation. Rights-request records are kept only as needed to complete the request and meet applicable duties; minimal suppression details may need to remain separately to avoid unwanted repeat contact. No 30-, 90- or 180-day automatic deletion schedule is active. A final recurring manual review routine is not yet verified; service-provider logs, active Inbox/Sent and backups have different, partly unverified retention lifecycles, so we do not promise unsupported exact dates.
Privacy rights and marketing objections
Depending on applicable law, individuals can ask for access, correction, erasure or restriction of their personal information and may object to direct marketing. Write to support@dazemi.com; objections and privacy requests received at sales@dazemi.com also count. We will assess requests and any legal exceptions. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
The ICO provides independent privacy guidance and a route for raising a complaint.
If a separately authorized commercial introduction is ever sent, recipients may reply STOP or write to support@dazemi.com; no reason is needed. A founder-controlled encrypted local KeePassXC register already holds preliminary business research separately from this website, and a separate minimal do-not-contact group is maintained manually. Hostinger messages do not automatically update that group or GitHub. Before any future marketing send, the operator must manually reconcile objections and candidate records; if that cannot be verified, sending remains stopped. A real automated suppression or recurring rights-monitoring system is not in operation.
Current pre-launch limits
For personal information taken from public business sources, the timing of privacy information at the first relevant contact depends on the applicable rules. The presence of this page does not itself authorize unsolicited marketing or satisfy every recipient-specific notice obligation. No outbound campaign has been activated.
Dazemi is not yet accepting customer enquiries or operating a real-client lead management service through this site. Please do not send homeowners' personal data, credentials or confidential files. Any future paid pilot or customer-facing workflow needs its own approved processing arrangements and privacy disclosures.
